User Experience or UX is how a user feels about while interacting with or experiencing a product. The product can be a physical good, a service or a feature. The things that make up a good User Experience or the goals of a good user experience are:
- Usable – the product should be easy to use.
- Equitable – the product should be designed considering all possible users.
- Enjoyable – the product should create positive emotion to the users.
- Useful – the product should serve its purpose.
