Recently I was looking for an efficient solution for sharing business documents and getting it signed online by different parties involved. Earlier I was manually sharing the documents by attaching in emails and getting it signed by parties involved by downloading it and inserting the signature. This is an inefficient workflow and didn’t look much professional.
I was aware about different online solutions that allowed sharing documents for signing especially for business documents like NDAs, contracts, agreements etc. I did a brief research on different options available by looking at their websites as well as signing up for trial accounts of few of such solutions.
My only objective is to collect signature from parties involved and hence my search was targeting only this feature. Most of the (the tried ones) were not user friendly and involved a cost (which is fine).
I happened to try PandaDoc (https://www.pandadoc.com) and it turned out to be the best solution for me and that too free of cost. The interfaces and features are pretty cool, user friendly and professional. For example, we can add personal note when we share it for signing with other stakeholders (which was not present in couple of other solutions I tried).
I am writing this post after using it for only a day. Will update this post after few days.
